I must say, the value for money at this place was incredible! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long stay. Plus, the location was perfect with supermarkets and fruit stalls just a minute's walk away. The staff were super friendly and always available to help us out.

The location is great, just a stone's throw away from a supermarket and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The easy access to local transport made it very convenient. The apartment met all our requirements and we would definitely recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value we got for our money at this newly renovated apartment. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with complimentary water, coffee, and even beer waiting for us upon arrival. The location was great, with a grocery store just around the corner and easy access to the city center via metro or train. The owners provided helpful recommendations for restaurants in the area, and we enjoyed trying one of them which was fantastic. The electronic key on our phone made check-in and check-out a breeze, and the provision of dishes and other cooking essentials was a nice touch. The neighborhood felt secure, and public transport was readily available. The staff, including the friendly cleaning team, were helpful and accommodating. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The only thing that could have made our stay even better was a wider variety of breakfast offerings.

The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher was a game-changer. I felt like a Masterchef, cooking up a storm with ease. Plus, the living room was so cozy, it felt like sinking into a cloud.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with beautiful antique furniture and elegant artwork. The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had an elevator, making it easy for me to move around without any inconvenience.

It would have been even better if there were more activities or facilities specifically catered towards senior people.

I had a great experience staying at Olala Urban Chill. the location was perfect, with cafes, supermarkets, and parks nearby. Although I read about safety concerns, I personally felt comfortable during my stay. the apartment was well-equipped with a good coffee machine, appliances, and a reliable internet connection. the automatic doors were a convenient feature, and I appreciated the 24/7 tech support available via WhatsApp, even though it wasn't always helpful. the welcome drinks, snacks, and stocked fridge were a pleasant surprise. the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, including a clothes washer dryer and shower gel. I also enjoyed being able to log into my Netflix account on the smart TV and the excellent wifi connection. Cons: None.

The property is amazing and neat, it has very good facilities for a 14-day stay or longer in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. I would consider staying here again. Thank you for this perfectly pleasant experience.

Conveniently located with easy access to public transportation and supermarkets. The apartment had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, such as a fully equipped kitchen and a washing+drying machine. The communication with the staff was excellent, and they were always available to assist. Appreciated the provision of free luggage storage on the day of departure.

The check-in was delayed by 2 hours on the day of arrival. Although the apartment had most amenities, there were some issues like noise from adjacent apartments and traffic, a smell in the bathroom, and a malfunctioning vent.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the fact that the general areas were well maintained and clean. The accessibility for senior people was also impressive, with wide hallways and an elevator to easily navigate the building.

I would have preferred better assistance from the children working there. A little more attention and responsiveness to guest requests would have made the vacation even better for us senior people.
